Hallowed be Your Name

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.

Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God. … Who among the gods is like you, O LORD? Who is like you—majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders? … Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.”

Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name. … Worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness. … I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphs … And they were calling to one another: “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.”

I am the LORD your God; consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am holy.  … But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do. … Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness. … We have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus. … Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.
